Plus and Premium have a minimum term of 3 months, renew automatically and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
A membership is a clinic benefits programme: it isn't health insurance and doesn't replace public or private healthcare.

Frequently asked questions
Before you join
Is a membership health insurance?
No. It's a clinic benefits programme: you get membership rates and included services, and you only pay the clinic for what you use. VITA DOCTORS is an independent private clinic, affiliated with DYLSI Agency as a partner clinic. DYLSI clients enjoy direct benefits through the Membership Tier 1 programme. A membership doesn't replace public or private healthcare.
Who can have the DYLSI membership?
Active DYLSI Agency clients. It's free, and you confirm it on the page for DYLSI clients.
I'm a DYLSI client. Can I join Plus?
Yes. You keep your DYLSI membership benefits and add Plus's. Where both give you a rate for the same thing, we apply the better one.
Is there a minimum term?
Plus and Premium have a minimum term of 3 months. They renew automatically and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The DYLSI membership has no fee and no minimum term.
What does the preventive check-up include?
Blood pressure, glucose, an electrocardiogram (ECG), weight and BMI, your medical history and a written report. If you need lab tests, an external laboratory carries them out: they aren't included in the membership, and we tell you the price before ordering them.
Do the rates apply to every treatment?
For general medicine, yes: the clinic's services all have a membership rate. For medical aesthetics, only selected treatments (laser for acne, sun spots and stretch marks, photorejuvenation, pain therapy and skin lesions), not advanced aesthetic treatments.
What is Founding Patients?
It's the Premium membership in our first year: 25 places, by invitation of the medical director. The first invitations will go out a few months after we open, and you keep your place among the Founding Patients for as long as your membership stays active.
Do you handle emergencies?
No. VITA DOCTORS isn't an emergency centre. In an emergency, call 112.
